Two ways to Steam Tea-
Place 2 tablespoons of Inhale Me steam into a saucepan/pot and add (1) cup water; To steep- boil, covered, for 3 to 4 minutes; Uncover and remove from heat, drape towel over head, lean over pot; Inhale no longer than 10 minutes from a comfortable distance.
OR
Place full bag and (2) cups water on stove; Bring water to rolling boil for 2 to 3 minutes (like crab boil method); Follow remaining directions above
***While steaming, make sure the air within the tent is gently warm and never too hot for comfort.***
